The Service is intended for businesses, institutions, and professional users. Personal or individual consumer use is not the intended purpose of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access at support@nilatechlabs.com. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
VinTrack Pro offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Professional, Enterprise). Features and usage limits vary by plan. Details are available on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel a paid plan, the Service remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
A Free plan is available with limited features. We may modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with 30 days' notice.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
All Tenant Data you submit to the Platform remains your exclusive property. We claim no ownership over your data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your Tenant Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Upon termination of your account, we will make Tenant Data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you upload. You must ensure that personal data of your employees is collected and stored in compliance with applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023.
The Platform, including all software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nila TechLabs and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian and international IP laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein. The name "VinTrack Pro" and "Nila TechLabs" are trademarks of the Company.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
We target a platform uptime of 99.5% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party outages, internet infrastructure failures) is excluded from SLA calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Nila TechLabs shall not be liable for:
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is higher.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nila TechLabs, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Data Ownership), 8 (IP), 9 (Confidentiality), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 16 (Governing Law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in India.
