VinTrack Pro ("we", "us"), operated by Nila TechLabs, is committed to protecting the privacy of the organisations and individuals that use our IT Asset Management platform. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect information you provide when you register a company account, including company details, administrator name, username and email address. Within the platform you may store data about your assets, employees, assignments, repairs and related records.
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, send transactional emails (such as verification, password reset and account notifications), and to operate and improve the platform.
Each company's data is isolated within its own tenant workspace. Users of one company cannot access the data of another.
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
You may request deletion of your company account at any time. Following confirmation, data is retained for a defined recovery period before permanent removal, during which the account can be recovered.
